Since 2004, our journey has continued to grow. Initially focused on record production, I.O.T gradually expanded into music publishing, live production, and artist management.

That’s why we established a management division within the label — to offer tailored guidance built on humanity, attentive listening, and a deep respect for artistic integrity.
