This new composition is more direct, brighter. With, as its essence, that bass riff. The same one that made Tom Terrien want to build a sort of jazz house piece around a Floating Points’ inspired synth theme. Notes that continue to evolve, despite the drum breaks and their constant and necessary bounces, but always in harmony with the whole. It is, ultimately, a tribute to life.
